Cancellation of Order
An order can ONLY be cancelled before sending it. The time between the order and its dispatch depends on the availability of the product, which is determined during the ordering process. The wish for cancellation can be communicated to us by fax at 2310 826134 or by E-Mail at [email protected]. In case the customer’s credit card has been previously charged, then the charge is cancelled at the responsibility of our company and any cancellation costs (e.g. Bank Commission) are borne by the customer.
Return of a defective product:
Upon receipt of the order and in the presence of the distributor, you are obliged to check the condition of the products before signing the delivery document and therefore accepting the parcel. Once the delivery document has been signed, you are deemed to have previously checked the condition of the goods. In case of a defective product from the beginning or during use, if the instructions for use have been strictly followed and the damage is not due to misuse or fall or generally to the fault of the user, then the product is returned to our company at the expense of the customer, and then repaired or replaced and returned to the customer at the expense of our company.
Return of non-defective product:
At the time of ordering the customer was informed and accepted all the terms of the transaction as described in the relevant parts of the e-shop. In addition, with the order the customer was informed about the capabilities of the products to be purchased and considered them suitable for the use for which they are intended. However, a non-defective product can be returned to the company ONLY if the following conditions are met:
- The notification of the desire to return the product must be made within a period of less than two (2) days from the date of receipt of the product by the customer.
- The return of the product must be made within a period of less than three (3) days from the date of notification.
- The packaging of the product must not be tampered with.
Refunds are not available. In case of return of a non-defective product, the full value of the product is credited to the customer for future purchases. The shipping costs of a non-defective product are borne solely by the customer.
