The BM31 is an electronic moisture indicator with which one can quickly and easily detect near-surface moisture in various materials and quickly identify moisture distributions on the wall, floor and ceiling.

Due to the dielectric measurement method, the moisture indication takes place in a completely non-destructive way, it is not necessary to insert electrodes or probes into the material to be measured.

The BM31 is not only ready for immediate use, during measurement it also impresses with fast response times and at the touch of a button it shows useful additional information such as minimum and maximum values in addition to the current measurement value in real time on the easy-to-read rear display.
